消息面上，宜明昂科本月初公布，集团IMC-003/IMM72治疗肺动脉高压(PAH)的临床试验申请已获中国国家药监局受理。IMC-003/IMM72为通过基因改造的新一代启动素受体IIA-Fc型融合蛋白，具有更高的活性及品质。国元国际此前指出，公司前阶段因为退出港股通，股价回调，目前价值严重低估，建议积极关注。
财通证券发布研报称，阻断激活素受体(ActR)通路被临床用于治疗肌肉萎缩相关疾病(如SMA等遗传性神经肌肉疾病或因癌症、减肥导致的肌肉流失)。近年来GLP1RA类药物的广泛使用，目前的GLP-1RA疗法会带来使用者约25-40%肌肉流失，因此老龄人群和减重人群也存在较大的增肌治疗需求。建议关注国内布局相关资产的公司，如宜明昂科等。
