消息面上，据卓越教育公众号，公司《“鲸准教”个性化学习系统》入选“广州民办教育高质量发展优秀案例”称号。此外，公司2024年年报显示，全年实现营业收入11亿元，同比增长125.2%；归母净利润1.9亿元，同比增长110.9%。公司2024年拟每股派息0.123元港币，约占年内净利润的50%。
国海证券指出，公司为华南地区K12 教育龙头，成功转型素质教育，在深耕广州市场的同时大力拓展深圳和佛山市场，大湾区教育需求提升、合规机构竞争力提高的背景下，预计公司未来在广东地区市场份额将持续提升。第一上海则表示，公司作为华南地区的教培行业龙头，双减后积极促进业务合规转型，逐步重回正常经营发展轨道，广州业务持续稳健发展，深圳及佛山仍有较大的发展空间。
