花旗经济学家Jinwook Kim在周四的一份报告中称，韩国央行料在2026年5月底前降息五次，基准利率将降至1.50%，同时预计政府将扩大财政刺激。 

　　花旗预计韩国央行将分别在2025年5月、8月和11月以及2026年2月和5月降息。

　　预计2026年第二季度韩国央行将达到终端利率1.50%；预计2025年第四季度利率将在2.00%。

　　考虑到近期增长和通胀面临的风险，5月份降息50个基点的可能性变大。但从金融稳定角度出发，央行也可能选择在当月降息25个基点

　　预计今年将总计追加预算50万亿韩元（350亿美元）；之前的预测为35万亿韩元。

　　花旗将韩国今年GDP增长预测下调至0.6%，明年下调至1.3%。
