消息面上，近期，TCL电子宣布推出2025年附带业绩兑现条件的股权激励计划，向860名核心员工授予约9149.8万股股份，考核目标为2025-2027年扣非净利润较2024年(16.1亿港元)实现阶梯式增长。中信证券指出，TCL电子发布新一轮股权激励计划，经营目标超预期，彰显信心。公司中高端+大屏化战略卓有成效，黑电主业量价齐升，创新业务多点开花。在后续国补催化、全球高端突破趋势下，短期业绩弹性&长期成长确定性兼具，配置机会值得重视，维持“买入”评级。
天风证券近期研报称，TCL电子为全球彩电行业领先企业，持续修炼中高端+全球化运营能力带动TV业务份额稳步扩张，同时在主航道之外夯实光伏、全品类营销、互联网业务等增长动能。近期外部贸易环境的扰动造成对股价的过激反应，公司及集团持续完善全球化产业布局，从输出产品转变为与当地共建工业能力布局，有望实现适宜的产销调配和稳健应对。
