据报道，美国司法部一名联邦检察官周一在谷歌的历史性反垄断案开庭审理时表示，有必要对谷歌采取强有力的措施，防止其利用人工智能（AI）产品扩大在网络搜索领域的主导地位。本案的结果可能会从根本上重塑互联网的格局，使得谷歌在线信息首选门户网站的王位不保。

　　美国司法部正在寻求一项命令，要求Alphabet旗下谷歌出售其 Chrome 浏览器，并采取其他措施终结法官认定谷歌在在线搜索领域的垄断地位。

　　联邦检察官David Dahlquist在开庭陈述中表示：“现在是时候告诉谷歌和所有其他垄断者，当你违反反垄断法时，将会承担后果。”司法部和由各州总检察长组成的广泛联盟正敦促采取补救措施，他们认为，即使搜索发展到与 ChatGPT 这类生成式AI产品重叠，也能恢复竞争。

　　Dahlquist表示，谷歌在搜索方面的垄断有助于改善其AI产品，这也是引导用户使用其搜索引擎的一种方式。美国地区法官Amit Mehta之前曾裁定，谷歌与设备制造商达成的默认搜索引擎独家协议，有助于维持谷歌的垄断地位。

　　竞争对手AI应用 ChatGPT 的产品负责人Nick Turley预计在周二出庭作证。

　　谷歌律师John Schmidtlein在开庭陈述中表示，司法部的建议等于给了“竞争对手希望从谷歌的非凡创新中获益的一张愿望清单。”他表示，AI竞争者“也希望得到施舍，即使他们已有良好的竞争力。”

　　谷歌表示，一旦做出最终判决，将提起上诉。
