Spark Says Unit Extends NZ$200 Million Standby Credit Facility by One Year

Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK, NZX:SPK) said that its financing arm, Spark Finance, has extended the term of its NZ$200 million standby revolving credit facility by one year, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The facility, which now matures on April 30, 2028, is supported by a group of Australasian and international banks, the filing said.
