智通财经APP讯，诺发集团(01360)发布公告，于2025年4月11日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中载述联交所上市委员会已决定根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消公司的上市地位。
根据上市规则第2B章，公司有权于上市委员会决定发出起七个营业日内将上市委员会决定提交联交所上市复核委员会复核。函件指出，除非公司提出上市复核委员会复核申请，否则公司股份的最后上市日期将为2025年4月29日，而公司股份的上市地位将自2025年4月30日上午九时正起取消。
于2025年4月24日，公司要求上市复核委员会复核上市委员会决定。
此外，继续停牌。
