根据美国证交会（SEC）和 Fintel 数据，上月 MSTR 股票价值逾 1.8 亿美元的交易未能完成交割。这种“交割失败”（FTD）现象通常发生在卖方未能在 T+1 结算日前交付股票时。交割失败可能源于操作失误或结算系统延迟，但也可能暗示空头正遭遇“补货难”——当空头借股卖出后，若股价不跌反涨，他们需以更高价买回股票归还券商。这种情况往往预示着股价即将出现大幅波动。
目前该股空头仓位仍处高位。Fintel 数据显示，截至 4 月空头持仓约 2900 万股，占流通股 12% 以上。
