香港联交所最新资料显示，4月23日，巨子生物(02367)股东将股票由高盛(亚洲)证券转入花旗银行，转仓市值26.07亿港元，占比3.28%。

巨子生物4月17日早上公布，配售最多3,500万股股份，相当于扩大后股本3.27%;配售价66.65港元，较上交易日(16日)收市价折让9.5%。集资总额23.33亿港元，所得净额22.94亿港元，配售及认购所得款项净额拟用于核心业务的发展及生态圈布局，包括品牌推广、市场营销、品类扩展、海外业务及研发投入;以及补充流动资金及作一般企业用途。巨子生物表示，集资主要用于海外业务发展，因其现金大部分在中国境内。
