消息面上，4月23日，平安健康公布2025年第一季度业绩，受益于公司在2024年打造的F端医疗理赔协同、保险+医养会员模式的持续深耕，以及在企业健康管理业务上的快速推进，期内实现收入约10.625亿元，同比增长25.8%。净利润3318.8万元，同比扭亏为盈;经调整后净利润为5786.1万元，同比扭亏为盈。
报告期内，公司F端及B端企康业务收入同比增长43%。伴随着医疗+保险协同模式的持续探索和落地，保险+医养会员、医疗理赔协同等创新模式在报告期内推动F端收入快速增长。同时，公司创新探索“商业保险+健康保障委托+医疗健康服务”产品，加速拓展企业客户，提供保障全面、服务优质、性价比高的企业员工健康管理服务体系。报告期内，累计服务的企业客户数超2,100家，B端付费用户数较上一年同期增长超45%。
报告期内，公司推出名医AI助理服务“平安芯医”。依托数字人技术和医学大数据支撑下的AI大模型，作为真实医生的数字分身，“平安芯医”为用户提供线上咨询、线下就医协助、报告与化验单辅助解读、用药提醒等多元化服务，已覆盖20余个真实医疗场景。未来，公司将持续扩展AI在各业务场景的应用，助力医疗服务效率及品质提升。
