中国质量新闻网讯 日前，重庆市涪陵区崇义街道市场监管所以眼镜制配场所、眼科医疗机构、视力矫正机构、眼视光相关医疗器械经营、使用单位为重点，集中开展少年儿童视力矫正市场监督检查。

此次监督检查涉及经营主体登记、广告、质量、计量、标准化、认证认可、医疗器械、价格等多方面内容，重点检查经营者是否无证经营眼视光相关医疗器械，购销渠道是否符合相关规定，购进记录、销售记录项目信息是否完整及可追溯，医疗器械信息是否与经批准的注册信息相一致，是否存在使用无铭牌、无标识、无批准文号的“三无”产品行为，是否存在经营、使用超过有效期限眼视光医疗器械及产品等违法行为，是否存在“近视治愈”等误导性以及与实际产品功能不相符的虚假宣传、夸大疗效等现象。

同时，对眼镜制配场所配备的焦度计、验光仪、验光镜片箱、角膜曲率计等强检计量器具是否按规定登记造册并经检定合格，是否超过检定周期进行监督检查，引导经营者签订《诚信计量承诺书》张贴在经营场所醒目位置。

据介绍，下一步该所将落实属地责任，督促指导相关机构、企业及从业人员严格依法执业、依法经营、规范服务，为少年儿童视力矫正保驾护航。（彭明星 文光辉）
