智通财经APP讯，深圳高速公路股份(00548)发布公告，该公司于2020年11月19日与平安资产管理有限责任公司(“平安资管”)签订了《平安—深高速基础设施债权投资计划投资合同》，并于2020年12月4日按照永续债合同的约定提取人民币40亿元。此后，公司与平安资管签订了有关永续债合同的补充协议，就自2024年12月4日起投资计划的初始利率调整以及特别赎回权进行了约定。
公司已于近期按照永续债合同及其补充协议的约定，向平安资管发出了特别赎回通知书，提前赎回全部本金人民币40亿元。公司已于2025年4月21日支付了全部本金和利息。
