Upexi (UPXI) priced a secondary stock offering Monday to raise $100 million by selling 43.9 million shares at $2.28 each.

The stock soared more than sixfold as intraday volume topped 89.5 million shares versus the daily average of almost 140,000.

ReShape Lifesciences (RSLS) said the US Patent and Trademark Office awarded a notice of allowance for its proprietary diabetes neuromodulation technology, under patent application, titled high-frequency low duty cycle patterns for neural regulation.

The stock surged 33% as volume topped 142.3 million versus the daily average of about 13.1 million.

Forge Global Holdings (FRGE) shares rose 38%, a session after the company made a nonbinding offer to acquire privately held asset manager Accuidity.

Volume topped 635,000 versus the daily average of almost 69,000.
