消息面上，周黑鸭3月27日公布年度业绩，全年收益约24.51亿元，毛利约13.92亿元，母公司拥有人应占年内溢利9820.4万元。截至2024年12月31日，该集团的门店总数达3,031间，其中自营门店1,591间，特许经营门店1,440间。此外，公司已于公开市场合共购回2.27亿股股份，总代价为3.9亿港元，于2025年4月14日，董事会已批准向建议股份购回增加最高1亿港元资金额度。
里昂指出，公司通过战略聚焦鸭制品核心品类，精简门店至约3000家，单店效率显著提升，盈利质量改善。同时，毛利率提升，经营杠杆显现，为长期增长提供了有力支撑。里昂强调，周黑鸭在门店调整、产品聚焦、品牌升级和渠道组合等方面采取了一系列战略转型措施，进一步增强了其核心竞争优势。
