BlockBeats 消息，4 月 23 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，Binance 计划对南非用户实施新的合规措施，要求所有加密货币存款和取款提供发送方和接收方信息，此举是响应当地监管要求。
从 4 月 30 日起，南非的 Binance 用户在转账加密货币时将被要求提供额外的信息。
对于存款，用户必须披露发送方的全名、居住国家，以及如果适用，原始加密货币交易平台的名称。类似地，取款时也需要提供受益人信息才能处理。
