Shareholders of Vesync (HKG:2148) voted in favor of the company's privatization by Victory III at an extraordinary general meeting held on April 23, Wednesday.
The proposal will be heard in court on May 1. The court ruling is the last condition needed for the go-private deal to become effective, expected to take place on May 7, according to a bourse filing.
