融创中国(01918.HK) 公布，4月17日，公司已与若干有代表性的债权人就境外债务重组方案达成一致，持有债务本金额共约13亿美元的初始同意债权人已签署重组支持协议，并知悉持有债务本金额超过10亿美元的债权人已原则性支持重组方案并正在履行必要程序以加入重组支持协议，涉及金额占现有债务本金总额约26%。
重组将涉及解除公司的债务以及集团内其他实体的某些义务，重组范围包括公司发行或担保的境外债务，截至今年6月30日的债务求偿额共约95.5亿美元。(de/d)
