Kingsoft Cloud (HKG:3896), on April 17, issued a total of 12,366,980 shares to holders of certain convertible bonds after it received conversion notices from them, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The converted bonds represent approximately 13.87% of the initial principal amount of the convertible bonds.
The bonds were converted at HK$34.77 per share and cancelled. The shares issued on conversion represent around 0.88% of the software firm's enlarged issued share capital.
Following cancellation, HK$826 million, or 26.65%, of the convertible bonds remain outstanding.
