智通财经APP获悉，American Resources(AREC.US)周一盘前交易大涨10.08%，其子公司ReElement宣布将在印第安纳州诺布尔斯维尔工厂扩充生产设备，以满足国内市场对本土稀土氧化物日益增长的需求。
该公司表示，二期扩产项目从设计到投产仅用不到三周时间即告完成，将使工厂稀土氧化物成品产能翻番。目前三期扩建工程已启动，新设备预计6-8周内交付，投产后产能将达到二期水平的3倍。
此次产能提升将显著增加工厂对钕、镨、镝、铽等关键稀土元素的日处理量。
ReElement首席执行官Mark Jensen表示，诺布尔斯维尔工厂最初并非为商业化生产而建，但“随着客户需求激增——特别是在近期全球贸易格局变化后，该厂已成为我们运营体系的重要组成，同时我们正在持续推进规模更大的马里恩工厂建设”。
