Kingsmen Creatives' Malaysian Subsidiary Receives Counterclaim from AS Cleaning Equipment

Kingsmen Creatives' (SGX:5MZ) 71% indirectly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Projects, received a counterclaim by AS Cleaning Equipment, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The claim was filed in the Court of Malaya against Kingsmen Projects director Lim Tian Siong and director, Simon Ong Chin Sim, relating to a sum of 99,000 ringgit for work down by AS Cleaning for KEG, a 28.4% indirectly owned associate of the company.

Hearing for the case is set for May 30 and the group is seeking legal advice.
