智通财经APP讯，云内动力(000903.SZ)公告，公司收到控股股东云南云内动力集团有限公司(简称“云内集团”)通知，云内集团与重庆机电控股(集团)公司(简称“机电集团”)签署了《战略合作框架协议》。
协议约定：发电产品方面，机电集团发挥发电设备成套和渠道优势，联合昆明云内动力股份有限公司开展200KW以下功率的发动机成套与分销。汽车产品方面，机电集团发挥整车集成优势和区域优势，联合昆明云内动力股份有限公司开展无人车与专用车的开发与销售。零部件配套方面，昆明云内动力股份有限公司利用发动机产业优势，支持机电集团零部件协作配套。
