华夏合肥高新创新产业园封闭式基础设施证券投资基金，存续期限为38年，可延期，基金份额为7亿份，在深圳证券交易所上市。
报告期内，本期收入达到2194万元，净利润为559.42万元，经营活动产生的现金流量净额为-173.99万元，现金流分派率为1.09%，年化现金流分派率为4.43%。
资产项目合肥创新产业园一期项目位于安徽省合肥高新区望江西路800号，运营情况整体良好，无重大调整，周边无直接竞争性项目入市。除基础设施资产支持证券之外的投资组合中，货币资金和结算备付金合计为521.1555万元。原始权益人回收资金已使用完毕。
