京东集团-SW(09618.HK) (JD.US) 宣布即日起所有超时20分钟以上的外卖订单，将由集团全部“免单”，又不点名指有平台强迫外卖骑手“二选一”及不能接京东平台秒送订单的情况，将推出加大全职骑手招聘力度、给予足够单量等多项紧急援助措施，支持骑手自由接单及保障收入，预计未来三个月骑手招聘名额将由5万提高到10万个。
