【香港餐饮业：复活节市道非常淡静 生意跌30%】金十数据4月21日讯，一连4日的复活节长假期来到最后一天，香港餐饮联业协会会长黄家和在电台节目表示，今轮假期香港餐饮业市道非常淡静，生意跌幅原预计较平时周末及周日减少25%，目前跌幅可能达到30%，部分高级餐厅的生意跌幅更严重，高达40%-50%。黄家和指出，生意下跌，主要由于部分港人离港外游有关，加上复活节并非内地的公众假期，入境人数远远不及出境人数，打击餐饮业生意。黄家和指出，假期外游的家庭都属于高消费力群组，对香港中高档餐厅生意影响较大，茶餐厅和快餐店生意跌幅则较温和，但北上消费已成为潮流，业界对未来前景不乐观，相信餐饮业会持续受影响。
