Livium (ASX:LIT) entered into a recycling agreement with Sell & Parker, with a contract value expected to be worth over AU$5 million, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The firm's unit, Envirostream Australia, signed a new recycling agreement on a subcontractor basis with the metal recycling business, where Envirostream will receive fees from Sell & Parker to safely dispose of materials containing embedded batteries through its facilities in Victoria.
Revenues over the next 12 months are anticipated to be AU$3 million, per the filing.
Its shares rose 12% in recent trading on Thursday.
