Artini's Controlling Shareholder Boosts Stakeholding

Artini's (HKG:0789) controlling shareholder, Rapid Development, acquired 2 million additional shares in the company for around HK$734,300, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The shares were bought from the open market for approximately HK$0.367 apiece between April 14 and April 23.

The shares represent roughly 0.151% of the fashion accessories retailer's total issued share capital.

The shareholding of Rapid Development is ultimately owned as to 70% by Chen Long, chairman of Artini, and 29% by his wife, Lin Chenjie.
