智通财经APP获悉，香港餐饮联业协会会长黄家和表示，今年复活节假期期间，香港餐饮业行情比较冷淡，生意跌幅原来预计比平时周末周日减少25%，现时跌幅可能达30%，部分高级餐厅的生意跌幅更严重，高达40至50%。
黄家和表示，生意下跌，主要与香港人外游，北上消费有关，加上复活节并非内地的公众假期，来港的内地旅客并无增加，北上消费已成为潮流，业界对未来前景并不乐观。
他又说，过去数日在一些传统旺区，例如油尖旺地区，人流较少，加上过去数天有超过180万人次离港，都影响餐饮业界生意，反而在一些有举办活动的地区，例如西九文化区及启德体育园等，能够吸引人流，该区的餐厅反映，生意不错，他认为这都证明如果多举办不同活动，能令市民外出消费。
