【刘强东谈养老痛点，背后藏着大格局#骑手夫妻和刘强东谈缴五险一金后的变化# 】近日，北京，4 月 21 日，京东创始人刘强东的一系列举动引发广泛关注。当天，刘强东亲自参与外卖配送工作，随后还身穿外卖服，邀请数十位快递员和外卖骑手一同享用火锅，与基层员工进行了一次亲密且暖心的互动。一对全职骑手夫妻对刘强东表示，有了五险一金，今后有了保障，祝京东发展越来越好。刘强东现场表示期待他们的子女早日加入京东。刘强东在现场还感慨称，不加上外卖骑手，京东已经有超71万名员工，按照现在的发展，四年之内公司将超过100万人。刘强东表示，希望公司的全职外卖员也能超过100万人。“当公司有第一个快递员的时候，我就坚持给兄弟们上五险一金。”刘强东说道，20年前公司的决定是对的。据了解，自2025年3月1日起，京东逐步为京东外卖全职骑手缴纳五险一金，为兼职骑手提供意外险和健康医疗险。4月21日，京东宣布，未来三个月将招聘十万名全职骑手。@西江潮新闻
