中国恒大清盘人于去年入禀，向恒大创办人许家印及其前妻丁玉梅、前首席执行官夏海钧等人，追讨合共约468亿港元股息及酬金。夏海钧申请解除资产冻结令及豁免披露资产被拒，早前再就相关判决申请上诉许可。
香港高等法院法官高浩文周二(22日)颁布判词指，夏海钧似乎只想遵从他愿意遵从的法律规则和法庭命令，批评其想法大谬不然，直斥夏海钧明显故意违令，更无间断“玩程序”，认为他建议密封信件披露资产不可行，遂驳回夏海钧的所有上诉，最终下令夏海钧必须于本周五(25日)中午12点前披露资产，否则他将被禁止在本案为其辩护，他亦需向恒大支付有关讼费。
判词亦提及，就算夏海钧不曾参与制备恒大的财务报表，目前已有充分证据显示，夏海钧没以合理水平的谨慎、技巧及努力行事，终拒绝就解除资产冻结令批出上诉许可。(js/a)
