天风国际分析师郭明𫓹在社交媒体发表观点称，至少三款2025新款iPhone 17机型（Pro Max、Pro及超薄款）将配备12GB运行内存，这与他此前预计的Pro Max独占相比升级幅度更大。

　　郭明𫓹表示，苹果希望iPhone 17基本款也能配备12GB，但担心可能供应不足，目前还在做最后的评估，预计在5月会有最终结论。

　　即便最后标准版仍采用8GB运存，目前预计2026年发布新款iPhone也将全部采用12GB。

　　12GB单价 （ASP） 较8GB高约50%，主要供应商美光与海力士将显著受惠于此ASP提升趋势。

　　他表示，苹果会有此较预期积极的运存升级策略，主因还是在于智能手机市场竞争日趋激烈。

　　此外，美光因AI HBM出货基期较低，故整体成长潜力可能优于海力士。
