克利夫兰联邦储备银行行长Beth Hammack排除了5月份降息的可能性，但表示如果有明确的经济方向证据，央行可能最早在6月采取行动。

　　“如果到6月我们有了明确且令人信服的数据，且明确知道当时应采取何种行动方向，那么我认为委员会将采取行动，”Hammack周四表示。

　　官员们下一次会议将于5月6-7日召开。

　　美联储官员已经暗示他们打算保持利率稳定，直到总统唐纳德·特朗普的移民、贸易和监管政策变得更加明朗。一些政策制定者指出，这些政策将如何实施以及其他国家和公司将如何应对存在高度不确定性。

　　Hammack重申，官员们需要慢慢来以确保他们在朝着正确的方向前进。她还表示，美联储已经表明一旦明确了方向则可以迅速采取行动。
