智通财经APP讯，嘉里物流(00636)发布公告，于2025年3月28日举行的股东特别大会上，股东通过特别决议案以批准建议更改公司名称后，根据百慕达公司注册处处长于2025年4月3日发出的更改名称注册证书，公司的英文名称“Kerry Logistics Network Limited”借通过决议案及在百慕达公司注册处处长批准下，已于2025年3月28日将其注册名称更改为“KLN Logistics Group Limited”，而公司的中文名称“嘉里物流联网有限公司”于公司名称由“Kerry Logistics Network Limited”更改为“KLN Logistics Group Limited”时终止。香港公司注册处处长于2025年4月16日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册公司的新英文名称。
更改公司名称后，公司就股份于联交所买卖证券的英文股份简称将由“KERRY LOG NET”更改为“KLN”，而公司的中文股份简称“嘉里物流”将予移除，于2025年4月29日上午九时正起生效。公司的股份代号“636”将维持不变。
