【环球网科技综合报道】4月22日消息，据多家外媒报道，英特尔（Intel）宣布，作为将Altera出售给私募股权公司Silver Lake交易的一部分，已与Altera签署修订版晶圆代工协议即《代工制造客户协议》。

根据修订后的协议，英特尔需在2040年前向Altera交付6.5万片晶圆，涵盖特定技术节点的定制化生产。若英特尔在2031年初前因自身原因停止生产相关晶圆，需向Altera支付22.5亿美元现金赔偿。

此外，若晶圆未达到协议约定的技术规格，英特尔亦需承担补偿责任。这一安排旨在降低Altera在供应链中断或技术变更中的风险，同时确保Silver Lake收购后Altera的产能稳定性。

在外媒看来此举是英特尔剥离非核心业务，聚焦IDM 2.0转型的关键一步。自2023年宣布剥离Altera以来，英特尔持续通过资产出售和代工业务调整优化资本结构。此次与Altera的长期合作，既保障了出售交易的顺利推进，也释放了英特尔在FPGA领域的资源，使其能更专注于先进制程研发（如Intel 18A工艺）和外部客户代工业务。（青山）
