智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(02600)公布，为推进公司“两海”战略，优化氧化铝产业布局，经审议，董事会批准公司在辽宁省大连市太平湾合作创新区新建2×150万吨╱年氧化铝生产线，项目总投资预计约人民币79.42亿元。为建议运营该项目，董事会批准公司以货币资金出资设立全资子公司中铝(大连)铝业有限公司(暂定名，以公司登记机关最终核准的名称为准)，注册资本金为项目总投资的40%，预计约人民币31.70亿元。
