金沙中国(01928.HK) 公布，截至今年3月底止第一季度综合财务业绩，按美国公认会计原则，净收益总额(Net revenues)17亿美元(下同)，按年下跌5.7%；净收入(Net income)为2.02亿美元，按年跌近32%；经调整物业EBITDA为5.35亿元，按年跌12.3%。
期内，经扣除资本化金额后的利息开支为1.74亿元，去年同期则为1.82美元；加权平均借贷成本4.9%，去年同期则为5%。另外，首季度资本开支合共为3.79亿元，包括于澳门1.97亿元的建造、发展及维修活动。
金沙中国控股股东东Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS)主席兼首席执行官罗伯特‧戈德斯坦表示，集团于季内继续执行其策略目标。随着集团于澳门及新加坡两地实行资本投资项目，仍热切期待未来年度于两地市场迎来领先同业的增长机会。
集团总裁兼营运总裁Patrick Dumont亦透露，LVS有意继续其股份回购计划，目标是将其于金沙中国的持股量增至74.9%。(js/w)
