智通财经APP获悉，融创中国(01918)盘中涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.06%，报1.66港元，成交额5.47亿港元。
消息面上融创中国发布公告，鉴于2025年1月的清盘呈请对公司的影响，同时考虑当前行业情况远不及此前境外债务重组方案制定时的预期，过去数月，公司始终保持与境外债权人的建设性沟通以期达成切实可行的整体境外债务解决方案、彻底化解境外债务风险并构建恢复可持续经营所需的资本结构和平稳局面。
于2025年4月17日，公司已与若干有代表性的债权人就境外债务重组方案达成一致，有关条款载于重组支持协议。持有债务本金额合计约13亿美元的初始同意债权人已经签署重组支持协议，另外公司知悉持有债务本金额超过10亿美元的债权人已原则性支持重组方案并正在履行必要程序以加入重组支持协议，前述债权人(包括初始同意债权人)合计持有的债务本金总额占现有债务本金总额的约26%。
