据《央视》报道，山东省青岛市中级人民法院一审公开宣判被告人，即建设银行(00939.HK) (601939.SH) 深圳市分行原副行长李华峰受贿、利用影响力受贿、洗钱一案，对其以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金150万元人民币(下同)；以利用影响力受贿罪判处有期徒刑八年，并处罚金80万元；以洗钱罪判处有期徒刑一年，并处罚金20万元，决定执行有期徒刑十五年，并处罚金250万元。犯罪所得及孳息依法没收，上缴国库。
法院审理查明，李华峰于2013年至2024年1月期间，非法收受相关单位或个人给予的财物，共计折合逾2,219万元。此外，李华峰还指使他人将受贿款中的360万元通过多个账户转账后支付购房款，构成洗钱罪。(ta/w)
