McDonald's Adds to Chicken Options -- Market Talk

1004 GMT - McDonald's says its customers want more chicken options on its menus, and it is responding by introducing McCrispy chicken strips to U.S. restaurants next month. The strips are the first new permanent menu item McDonald's has added in the U.S. since 2021. Chicken chains racked up more sales growth than burger companies last year as younger consumers prefer poultry to beef, market-research firm Technomic says.
