智通财经APP讯，百得利控股(06909)公布，于2025年4月24日(交易时段后)，北京百得利集团(公司间接全资附属公司)与北京晨德宝订立资产转让协议，据此北京百得利集团拟向北京晨德宝购买目标资产，代价暂定为人民币1800.38万元(含税)。
目标资产包括位于中国北京市朝阳区东苇路金港汽车公园C区1001号的晨德宝4S经销店的机器及设备、办公设备、租赁土地上的自建建筑、翻新及改造工程。
于资产转让协议同日(即2025年4月24日)(交易时段后)，北京百得利集团与北京燕宝就租赁燕宝4S经销店订立燕宝租赁协议。
董事认为目标资产及燕宝4S经销店位于策略性位置，可供集团扩大其目前在北京经营的宝马品牌经销网络。集团目前正在就于北京经营晨德宝4S经销店及燕宝4S经销店向宝马品牌汽车制造商申请授权。因此，收购目标资产及租赁燕宝4S经销店符合集团扩大其豪华及超豪华汽车经销网络的策略。
