智通财经APP讯，鞍钢股份(00347)公布，公司近日收到公司控股股东鞍山钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称鞍山钢铁)通知，鞍山钢铁于近日取得中国银行股份有限公司辽宁省分行(以下简称中国银行辽宁省分行)出具的《贷款承诺函》。中国银行辽宁省分行承诺为鞍山钢铁提供贷款用于股票增持，额度最高不超过人民币 1.8 亿元，贷款期限为一年。贷款用于增持鞍钢股份 A 股流通股份，符合相关法律法规、监管规定及政策。
