智通财经APP获悉，联合包裹(UPS.US)周四宣布，已达成协议收购加拿大供应链管理公司Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc.(ANDHF.US)。这笔交易预计将于2025年下半年完成。
Andlauer Healthcare在医疗健康领域以提供定制化第三方物流解决方案及专业冷链运输服务著称。通过此次收购，联合包裹旗下医疗保健物流服务部门UPS Healthcare将受益于Andlauer Healthcare的温控设施以及专业的冷链运输能力。
根据协议条款，Andlauer Healthcare的股东将获得每股55加元的现金对价，整体交易估值约达22亿加元(折合16亿美元)。此次收购将显著增强UPS Healthcare面向全球客户的端到端冷链服务能力，特别是在精密温控物流等关键领域。
