智通财经APP讯，同源康医药-B(02410)公布，于2025年4月24日，该公司与腾远长兴、湖州创新、湖州产业投资、长兴兴长投资及上海友南订立合伙协议，据此，订约方同意设立基金，公司将作为有限合伙人参与新成立的基金。根据合伙协议，公司同意向基金投资人民币1800万元。
基金将主要专注于生物医药行业的早期发展项目，同时亦会考虑成长期的生物医药项目。基金将遵循结合风险投资、私募股权投资及并购投资的投资策略，其投资领域将包括医药生物科技、医疗卫生服务、医疗器械产品及相关领域的公司，包括位于集团产业链上下游的公司。
公告称，集团为即将进入商业化阶段的生物制药公司。设立有限合伙基金的目的为物色重点从事生物制药业务的投资，以培育及发展优质制药企业(包括可能与集团产生潜在协同效应的企业)。参与及投资基金将增进集团对制药行业最新发展的了解，并协助集团开展自身业务及营运，了解行业的现行趋势及发掘其潜在战略合作伙伴和协同作用。公司认为腾远长兴(透过吴豫生先生及其对行业及该行业的其他利益相关者的个人知识)将为基金带来裨益，并经考虑这一点及合伙人的经验及人脉网络后，公司认为集团参与基金可有效利用其现有财务资源及改善潜在资本收益。集团作出的注资将不会对集团的财务状况及经营业绩造成任何不利影响。
