新浪科技讯 4月24日晚间消息，今日有媒体消息称，喜马拉雅近期与腾讯音乐集团就收购进行了磋商，但潜在估值已大打折扣。

　　据该报道透露，当前这一交易尚未落定，三年前腾讯音乐集团同样与喜马拉雅进行过接洽，当时对喜马拉雅估值仍超百亿。但双方对收购后管理团队安排并未达成一致，内部称，是创始团队与资方在进行博弈。

　　对此消息，新浪科技问询了腾讯音乐集团和喜马拉雅官方，截至发稿，双方都暂无回应。（闫妍）
