富智康集团(02038.HK) 公布，深圳富泰宏与Execustar签订一份股权转让协议。据此，深圳富泰宏以21.91亿元人民币收购廊坊62.15%的股权。
股权转让完成后，廊坊将成为深圳富泰宏的直接全资附属公司，而深圳富泰宏和廊坊均将继续为富智康集团的间接全资附属公司，以及Execustar将继续为集团的直接全资附属公司。
深圳富泰宏及廊坊的主要业务为生产制造及销售移动通信系统、手机、电子专用设备及其他产品。Execustar则主要从事投资控股业务。
