智通财经APP讯，中国石油化工股份(00386)发布公告，于2025年4月28日，本公司、中国石化集团公司与资本公司签订《增资协议》。本公司及中国石化集团公司将对资本公司增资合计人民币19.9亿元，其中，本公司以现金增资人民币9.751亿元，中国石化集团公司以现金增资人民币 10.149亿元。资本公司的注册资本将由人民币100亿元增加至人民币119.9亿元。本次增资完成后，本公司及中国石化集团公司拥有资本公司的股份权益维持不变，仍为 49%及51%。
2025年，资本公司拟发起设立氢能基金，参与中央企业战略性新兴产业发展基金，并围绕充换电、储能等领域进行投资，与本公司产业链有较好地协同性。本公司通过按股比向资本公司增资，能够进一步间接提升本公司在新能源、新材料以及高端智能制造等领域的布局力度，有助于支撑本公司产业链转型升级。
