路透莫斯科4月25日 - 俄罗斯互联网巨头Yandex公司第一季度净亏损108亿卢布(1.305亿美元)，而去年同期净利润为201亿卢布，部分原因是员工股票补偿计划的高额支出。
俄罗斯的一个买家财团在 7 月份敲定了一笔 54 亿美元的现金加股票交易 (link)，以收购 Yandex 在俄罗斯的资产。
报告显示，Yandex 第一季度在股票补偿计划上花费了 165 亿卢布。
报告称，调整后的未计利息、税项、折旧及摊销前利润增长了 30%，达到 489 亿卢布，调整后的净利润达到 128 亿卢布。Yandex 补充说，调整后净利润是指扣除 SBC(股票补偿) 费用、一次性重组成本和汇兑损失之前的净亏损。
Yandex 表示，受电子商务和搜索与门户业务增长的推动，公司收入同比增长 34%，达到 3,065 亿卢布(37.1 亿美元)。
该公司还表示，维持对 2025 年集团总收入增长的预测，预计同比增长 30% 以上，调整后息税折旧摊销前利润（EBITDA）至少达到 2500 亿卢布。
