中国建材2025年一季度净利润1.02亿元 同比扭亏为盈
4月25日，中国建材（03323）发布公告，2025年第一季度财务报告显示，公司整体财务状况有所变化。截至2025年3月31日，流动资产合计为1540.58亿元，较2024年12月31日的1456.07亿元增长6.77%。其中，应收账款由463.69亿元增至524.11亿元，增幅为13.79%。而存货也有显著上升，从169.51亿元增至208亿元，增幅达22.02%。
在负债方面，流动负债合计为1849.33亿元，相比于2024年12月31日的1757.13亿元增加了5.02%。其中，短期借款从317.99亿元上升至410.64亿元，增幅高达29.14%。
净利润方面，2025年第一季度公司实现净利润1.02亿元，而2024年同期为-9.22亿元，显示出明显的改善。归属于母公司所有者的净利润为-5.17亿元，较去年同期的-13.5亿元有所收窄，表明公司经营状况正在逐步好转。
