　　金风科技（02208）发布公告，基于对公司未来发展的信心和对公司价值的判断，为维护公司全体股东利益，增强投资者信心，在综合考虑经营情况、业务发展前景、财务状况以及未来盈利能力的基础上，公司拟通过集中竞价交易方式回购公司部分A股股份，本次回购的股份将全部予以注销并减少公司注册资本。

　　回购的资金总额不低于人民币3亿元（含）且不超过人民币5亿元（含）。

　　按回购金额上限人民币5亿元（含），回购价格上限人民币13.28元/股（含）进行测算，预计回购股份数量约为3765.06万股，约占公司当前总股本的0.89%。按回购金额下限人民币3亿元（含）、回购价格上限人民币13.28元/股（含）进行测算，预计回购股份数量约为2259.04万股，约占公司当前总股本的0.53%。具体回购股份的数量以回购期满时实际回购的股份数量为准。
