吴说获悉，Coinbase 首席法务官 Paul Grewal 发文表示，不理解美国证券交易委员会（SEC）员工被禁止持有或使用数字资产的规定，认为潜在利益冲突完全可以被妥善管理。他已致信美国政府道德办公室（OGE），要求撤销并更新第 22-04 号法律意见书，并呼吁加密资产特别工作组尽快发放相关豁免。
