玛莎百货（Marks & Spencer）周五表示，由于本周早些时候其遭遇了一起网络攻击，该公司已停止接受英国和爱尔兰地区的线上订单。这一消息导致其股价下跌了 5%。

　　这家英国公司通过其网站和应用程序销售服装和家居用品。该公司称，做出这一决定是对该事件进行 “主动管理” 的一部分。

　　该公司在 X 平台（原推特）上表示：“我们经验丰富的团队在顶尖网络专家的支持下，正全力以赴地恢复线上和应用程序购物。” 该公司就给顾客带来的不便表示歉意，并声明其线下门店仍正常营业。

　　该公司称，部分由玛莎百货国际业务运营的网站也暂停了订单业务。

　　玛莎百货在英国大多数城镇都设有门店，去年该公司凭借高档食品以及服装、家居用品和美妆产品实现了约 130 亿英镑的营收。其服装和家居用品销售额中约有三分之一来自线上。

　　该公司周二表示，其受到了一起网络事件的影响，因此对门店运营做出了一些临时调整。

　　近日，有顾客向英国广播公司（BBC）反映，他们无法进行非接触式支付，一些线上下单到店取货的订单也出现了延误情况。

　　英国国家犯罪局表示，他们已获悉这起事件，其工作人员正与国家网络安全中心合作，为该公司提供支持。
